With over 40 years’ experience making double basses, the Orion double bass is made to a high standard.
The ODB70 is a perfect beginner-intermediate level double bass for the new to advancing players. It features a solid carved solid spruce top for an improved and richer tonal quality, with laminated maple back and sides.
African hardwood for fingerboard, geniune inlaid purfling, and fitted with quality brass machine heads for easy tuning.
The ODB70 double bass comes with a padded bag and accessory pockets and a good quality wood bow. The bass been professionally setup by a luthier prior to sale. This improves tonality, durability, and playability of the bass.
