The Neptune Blue Moon is a stunning, all solid tonewood guitar from Faith Guitars. This unique guitar features high grade Java Mango wood and Patrick's X-brace design, to produce a truly superb instrument.
Tonally, Mango has an interesting character. It sits between rosewood's punchy loudness and mahogany's mellowness, yet it bears its own distinctive warmth. With frequency prominence starting a little below that of mahogany and dropping off a little earlier in the mid-range, the overall tone could be described as dark and moody. Much like maple guitars, the reduced level of resonant overtones makes the Mango-bodied Blue Moon a perfect stage guitar: Eminently controllable, balanced and resistant to feedback.
The Java Mango trees are grown close to Faith's workshops, and as always, are sourced from certified timber merchants.

Electric Performance with Fishman INK3 Pickup
This Blood Moon Venus is fitted with quality Fishman INK3 preamp system with the Sonicore piezo pickup located under the saddle. The preamp is low-profile and features a 3 band EQ, volume, and chromatic tuner.
